The location was ideal and incredibly comfortable, so close to central Belfast. Easily reached Scalini Restaurant, located just a short stroll away from the hotel. I had a savoury and absolutely fantastic breakfast with toast, free tea & coffee.

The staff was very friendly and easygoing. Coffee, tea, milk, toast, and cereal for breakfast were much appreciated.- The hotel's location was comfortable and absolutely perfect, just next door to a nice cafe for food, many nice restaurants and pubs, a train station, and the city center.

The location was perfect, right by a CD launch at Droichead, and the double room had incredible views.

The staff here were awesome from the moment I arrived till I left. The room was super tidy and really spacious, even had hypo-allergenic pillows – so comfy! Having a kettle and instant coffee in the room came in handy for a quick pick-me-up when needed. ☕

The rooms were beautifully maintained and the staff were easy going and helpful. The hotel had an incredibly comfortable location just off a cafe and close to the center, Botanical Gardens, and the Ulster Museum.

The location was perfect and I could use free parking nearby. Dined at Macau, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

The hotel is fairly clean and the rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and well-maintained. The room comes with a kettle and a kitchen, which is super clean. The breakfast at the coffee is savory and absolutely fantastic. The staff is flexible and accommodating. The location is decent, being really close to a pub, convenience store, Botanical Gardens, Ulster Museum, and Ormeau Park for the Music Festival.

The units here come with breakfast included and the service is efficient, plus there is nearby parking.

Overall experience was very good. The hotel is nice with friendly staff and a coffee bar. Rooms are spacious and well appointed with a sofa, coffee sachets, and fire alarm. Complimentary breakfast and plenty of meal options available.
